Doctors listen to you and work with you on your care plan in order to solve your issue (s).
Receptionist are helpful when you ring and they try there best to fit you for an appointment with your choice of gp/nurse when you need them.
Overall a good service with staff who care about their patients.
So difficult to get routine GP appointments but triage system works well. Support staff and nursing team easier to access.
I don’t blame the surgery for the issues - general underfunding.
Both my family and I joined the surgery about 12 years ago and we have never had any problems, Dr Mohan (who were affectionately call Dr M) is probably one of the nicest people who we've ever met and always attempts to go beyond what is asked of. Dr Gibson who sadly no longer practises was also a gem.
The nurses are so friendly and helpful, I would gladly recommend anyone to join the surgery but they are very stretched.
A very well run practice - courteous reception staff
as well as the medical staff.
Appointments can be made if urgent via triage and
the web site can be used for medications and appointments
when needed.
We have had no problems with the surgery or the staff.
Cannot fault the running of the surgery from my experience. I find the reception team always helpful in all contacts I have, from booking appointments to any advice required or offered. Cannot fault the contact with the medical team, either doctors or nurses, whether treatment or advice.
